What's the one thing I can do such that by doing it everything else becomes easier or unnecessary?

Lessons learned

01
The focusing question.

I ask it every morning now. Not what's on the list, but which single thing makes the rest of the list smaller.

02
Dominoes, not to-do lists.

Line up the work so each piece knocks over the next. The first domino is small, the last one is the goal.

03
Time block the one thing.

Four hours, mornings, nothing else gets in. Keller runs a huge company this way, so I can run mine this way.

04
Multitasking is a lie.

Switching costs are real. Every time I check a message mid-task I pay a tax I don't see.

05
Success is sequential.

One thing at a time, done fully, stacks faster than ten things half done. Hormozi says the same thing a different way.

Who should read it

Anyone with too many projects. Which is everyone I know who's building something.
