The Power of One More
Ed Mylett
One more call, one more rep, one more conversation. The whole gap is usually one more.

Lessons learned
01
Everything is one more away.
Most people stop one rep, one call, one try short. The people I admire just do one more, every time, and it compounds.
02
Three days in one.
Mylett breaks the day into three six-hour blocks and treats each like a full day. Even half of this doubled what I got done before noon.
03
Standards over goals.
Goals are things I want. Standards are things I won't go below. The standard is what shows up when motivation doesn't.
04
Your identity sets your thermostat.
I'll always drift back to the level I believe I'm worth. Raise the identity and the results follow it up.
05
Be the one more person for someone else.
The extra call to a client, the extra minute with a student. The same rule works outward.
Who should read it
Anyone who's good but stuck at good. It's high-energy and repetitive on purpose, like a coach in your ear.
